General terms and conditions of sale
- These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTC") apply as soon as you access the Springart online store accessible at www.springart.cc (the "Site") or place an order to purchase one or more products presented on the Site. They exclusively govern sales of products made via the Site and do not apply to purchases made through any other channels (specific club orders, personalized quotes or physical sales), which may be subject to specific conditions.
- Any reference to "we," "us," or "Springart" in these Terms and Conditions refers to the company operating the Springart brand. Any reference to "you," "your," or "the Customer" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing the Site and placing an order on it, for personal or professional purposes.
- We invite you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site and placing an order. Accessing the Site and placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you keep a copy for future reference. The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation and will be provided in the order confirmation email.
These Terms and Conditions are written in French.
- These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the Site and delivered within metropolitan France.
- Products offered for sale on the Site are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, you will be informed as soon as possible and a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Any order placed on the Site constitutes a firm and final acceptance of our offer. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the essential characteristics of the products, accept the price indicated, and acknowledge that placing the order implies an obligation to pay on your part. Order confirmation constitutes a sales contract between you and Springart, subject to product availability and successful payment, under the conditions set forth in the section concerning payment.
- The sales contract is deemed concluded upon Springart's sending of the order confirmation email. Springart reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or in the event of suspected fraud.
- The Site is primarily intended for consumers and sports clubs making purchases for their own needs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Springart, products purchased on the Site are for personal or club use only and may not be resold, used for commercial purposes, or for resale at a profit. Springart reserves the right to refuse any order for abnormally large quantities of the same item or for a single delivery address if it suggests use that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

D – ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Validating your order on the Site constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between you and Springart, subject to the availability of the products ordered and the validation of payment.
- Once your order has been validated, you will automatically receive an email confirming receipt of your order and summarizing its essential details (the "Confirmation Email"). This email constitutes an acknowledgment of receipt and does not guarantee the availability of the products.
- You will receive an email confirming shipment of your order (the "Shipping Email"). This email serves as confirmation that the shipped products are available.
- If all the products ordered are unavailable, your order will be canceled and no charge will be made. If only some products are available, only the available products will be shipped and invoiced. A refund will be issued for unavailable products.
- It is your responsibility to keep all documents relating to your order (Confirmation Email, Shipping Email, invoices and these Terms and Conditions).
- To make ordering easier on the Site, Springart offers you the option of creating a personal account. Creating an account is not mandatory to place an order. However, it allows you to save your personal information to simplify future purchases, as this information will be automatically used for your subsequent orders.
- When creating your account, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your first and last name, email address, postal address, and, if applicable, a different delivery address. This data is stored in Springart's customer database and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Website. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to inform us of any subsequent changes.
- After registration, you will receive a confirmation email to validate the creation of your account. Your email address will serve as your login ID. During registration, you will choose a personal password, which you can change at any time from your customer account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree not to share them with any third party. You also agree to comply with the security guidelines for using the Site.

Springart reserves the right, after prior notification by email, to temporarily suspend or disable access to your account if necessary to ensure the security of the Site, without incurring any liability.
- Unless proven otherwise, any use of the account made using your login credentials will be deemed to have been made by you. You are responsible for any unauthorized use of your account resulting from your negligence.
- Products are delivered worldwide, subject to the areas served by Springart's partner carriers. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order or, where available, to a collection point selected on the Website at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery times vary depending on the nature of the order and are indicated as an estimate:
Special orders
Standard delivery takes approximately fifteen (15) business days from the date of order confirmation and payment. Delivery to a collection point is possible when this option is available in the destination country.
Club orders
Orders placed by clubs, associations, or similar organizations are subject to specific processing. The standard delivery time is between six (6) and eight (8) weeks from the date of order confirmation and payment. Delivery to a collection point is also available when this option is offered during the ordering process.
- These deadlines may be extended in the event of production constraints, product customization, periods of high activity or exceptional circumstances beyond Springart's control.
- Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not a firm guarantee. In accordance with applicable regulations, the maximum delivery time is thirty (30) days for orders from individuals, unless otherwise agreed or in cases of force majeure. For club orders, the specific delivery times communicated take precedence due to the custom or bulk nature of the products.
- In the event of a significant delay beyond the announced delivery date, Springart will inform the Customer as soon as possible. Where permitted by applicable law, the Customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund of any sums paid.
- If the package is not received, the Customer is advised to check the tracking information provided by the carrier. If the package cannot be located, the Customer should contact Springart customer service so that an investigation can be opened.
- Springart reserves the right to make partial deliveries , particularly when the order includes multiple products or different production phases. The customer will be informed, and only the shipped products will be invoiced.
- Upon receiving the package, the Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the products. In the event of any apparent anomaly (damaged or opened package, missing or damaged product), the Customer must file a claim with the carrier and contact Springart's customer service immediately. Failure to file a claim upon delivery will preclude any transport-related claims from being processed.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Springart cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the delivery address.
- For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be levied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
- The prices of products displayed on the Site are in euros and include all taxes (VAT included) , at the rate in effect on the date of the order, where applicable. For orders shipped outside the European Union, prices may be displayed excluding taxes, depending on applicable legislation. Customs duties or local taxes may be levied upon arrival and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. The prices shown on the Site do not include shipping costs, which are added to the total order amount upon order confirmation. Despite our best efforts to keep prices up to date, errors may occasionally occur.
In the event of a clear error in the price of a product, Springart reserves the right to correct the price.
If the corrected price is lower than the displayed price, the Customer will be billed based on the lower price.
If the corrected price is higher than the displayed price and the error is obvious, Springart will contact the Customer to obtain their instructions or will proceed to cancel the order and issue a refund.
- Shipping costs are indicated during the order process, before final payment confirmation.
They vary depending on the delivery method chosen, the destination and the nature of the order (individual or club).
For your information, the following fees may apply:
Standard delivery for individuals: amount indicated at the time of order , which may be free depending on the purchase amount.
Delivery to a collection point: amount indicated at the time of ordering
Express delivery (if applicable): amount indicated at the time of ordering
Standard club delivery: price indicated at the time of order , taking into account volumes and logistical constraints.
- Springart reserves the right to apply additional shipping charges for deliveries to certain geographical areas or hard-to-reach areas, as well as for large or specific orders.
In this case, the Customer will be informed before the order is validated.
- No order will be definitively validated without express acceptance of the total price, including the price of the products and applicable shipping costs.
- Payment for products is made in one installment by payment card (Carte Bancaire, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), by PayPal, or in several installments via the Klarna solution, according to the terms offered on the Site at the time of ordering.
- The total amount of the order, including the price of the products, shipping costs and, where applicable, costs related to additional services, is debited via the chosen payment method after verification of product availability and at the time of order validation or shortly before shipment of the products.
No delivery will be made until payment has been received in full.
- The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment method selected when placing the order.
All payments are subject to the control, authorization and validation procedures put in place by the issuing institutions and payment providers.
In the event of a payment authorization refusal, Springart reserves the right to cancel the order without incurring any liability and will inform the Customer by email.
- Payment data is processed securely by Springart's payment providers, in accordance with applicable security standards.
Springart does not have access to the Client's confidential banking data at any time.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy accessible on the Site.

The Customer retains the ability at any time to delete the payment methods saved from their personal space or via the interfaces provided by the payment provider.
Springart reserves the right to issue and provide invoices in electronic format, where permitted or required by applicable regulations.
By confirming your order, you expressly agree to receive your invoices in electronic format.
The invoice corresponding to your order is made available electronically, in particular via email or in your customer area, and serves as the original.
- Product and price offers presented on the Site are valid as long as they are visible and within the limits of available stocks, unless otherwise stated on the Site (special operations, pre-orders, limited collections).
- Product availability is indicated on each product page for informational purposes and corresponds to the stock status at the time of consultation.
Despite regular updates by Springart, unavailability may exceptionally occur after order validation, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders or production constraints.
- In the event of total or partial unavailability of a product after order validation, Springart will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
The Customer will then be able to choose between maintaining the order for available products, postponing delivery when possible, or cancelling with a refund of the corresponding amounts.
- Some products may be offered for pre-order or made to order, particularly as part of club orders or specific collections.
In this case, availability and delivery times are specified on the Site or communicated to the Customer before order validation.
- Order validation does not constitute an absolute guarantee of availability until it has been confirmed by sending the shipping email.
